We're recruiting US restaurant owners and franchise owners whose restaurants have officially launched drone delivery services and fulfilled real customer orders.
Participants must have direct experience with drone delivery partnerships, onboarding, or daily operations. This study is strictly for restaurant business owners, not customers or general consumers.
The study involves a 45–60 minute anonymous Zoom interview, discussing non-confidential business experiences.
