Description

This study explores emerging ethical, governance, and regulatory concerns associated with the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in U.S. private financial institutions. The research seeks to understand how organizations are approaching AI adoption, oversight, risk management, accountability, transparency, and compliance in an evolving regulatory environment.

Participants will take part in a 60-minute remote, one-on-one interview conducted virtually. During the session, participants will be asked about their professional perspectives and experiences related to AI implementation, organizational policies and practices, ethical considerations, and regulatory challenges. The discussion will focus on industry practices and perspectives rather than confidential or proprietary information.

The interview will be conversational and guided by a series of research questions. There are no right or wrong answers; we are interested in participants' perspectives, experiences, and observations.
