We’re conducting interviews with public school district superintendents to better understand how they communicate with staff, families, and the broader community.
In this study, we’re especially interested in how updates are shared across schools, including the use of video, messaging, and other communication methods.
The interview will be a 45-60 minute remote session. We may ask you to walk us through your typical workflow or tools you use for communication.
Your feedback will help us better understand current practices and improve tools that support communication in school districts.
