We are looking for 15 adults (18+) in the United States to participate in an in-person usability study at a selected PENN Casino. This study involves visiting the casino, signing up for the Cash Club Wallet, and completing a series of guided tasks using your smartphone.
What You’ll Do
Participants will:
-Visit a designated casino location
-Provide screen recordings and feedback about their experience
-Spend approximately 60 minutes completing the study tasks (excluding travel time)
Compensation:
Participants will receive $125 for completing the full study (includes a stipend for travel and gameplay costs).
