Description

Overview: Our team is looking to learn how our Senior Living customers or Senior Living organizations recognise and respond when a resident’s care needs change over time. We're looking to validate our problem statements, learn what resident signals matter to you, and gather feedback on our proposed prototype.

Some example questions include:
Think about the last time a resident’s needs changed after their service plan was established. What happened?

Problem statement A: Service plan update

A resident may be receiving care that their service plan does not describe, or the service plan may describe care that no longer reflects what the resident needs. Staff need a reliable way to identify these differences and determine whether the service plan should be updated.

Questions

How well does this describe a problem your organisation experiences?

Prioritisation exercise

Ask the participant to rank the scenarios according to:

Highest clinical value

Highest operational value

Greatest compliance risk if missed

Greatest financial impact

Highest confidence that the system could make a useful recommendation

Scenario A: Repeated unscheduled assistance

Staff documented the same unscheduled service several times for a resident, but the service is not included in the current service plan.

What to expect? A one hour conversation with our team to learn what works best for you in your day to day. This will help us improve our product to help surface those signals that make the biggest difference for you.

No preparation is needed. We do expect you to have access to a desktop preferably.

Who?: We're looking for individuals who work in a Senior Living, Independent Living, or Assisted living resident care facility.
