We are looking for professionals who regularly attend meetings in medium-to-large conference rooms (seating approx. 12-20 people or more, equipped with a 100-inch or larger display).
Alternatively, if you play a key role in office facilities—such as consolidating equipment upgrades or maintaining conference room tech (e.g., IT Support, General Affairs, or Executive Secretaries)—we want to hear from you!

Research Overview:
- Eligibility: Regular users of medium-to-large conference rooms OR staff responsible for office equipment procurement/maintenance.
- Timeline: Now through May 2026.
- Format: A 1.5 to 2-hour online interview via Microsoft Teams (conducted in English). (*Note: Priority will be given to participants who can join the online interview from the conference room they typically use.)
- Compensation: A digital gift card equivalent to USD225 upon completion.
