We are looking for existing customers of select financial institutions to initiate telephone and in-branch service enquiries and record their experiences. You will not be asked to share any sensitive financial or banking information as part of this study. In addition to engaging with your bank to ask service-related questions, we are seeking to conduct short follow-up interviews with a subset of participants. This would involve a 15-min telephone interview with our research team. Those who participate would receive an addition incentive of $50.
