The conversation will focus on your background, recent transitions, and general perspectives on work. There are no right or wrong answers—we’re simply interested in hearing about your experiences in your own words.

This study requires video participation. Please ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit location, free from distractions and background noise, and keep your camera on for the entire session. Sessions without quality video participation will not be considered complete.
