This study invites global pharmaceutical and biotechnology R&D leaders to share their real‑world experiences navigating scientific and clinical innovation across diverse regulatory environments. Through a conversational, one‑on‑one interview, participants will reflect on how they lead teams, make decisions, and adapt strategies when working across multiple countries and regulatory systems. The project explores leadership approaches used in fast‑moving, high‑stakes product research and development settings including how leaders interpret regional requirements, collaborate across cultures, and guide teams through complex development pathways.
Participants will contribute to a first‑of‑its‑kind academic study aimed at understanding the leadership strategies that shape global drug development. The conversation is confidential, flexible, and designed to honor the expertise of seasoned R&D professionals. Many participants find the interview both intellectually stimulating and personally rewarding, offering a rare opportunity to reflect on their leadership journey in a global scientific environment.
