We’re looking for active investors to participate in a one‑on‑one interview about how you receive, review, and keep track of important financial information from your investment providers.
This session is not about what you invest in. Instead, we’re focused on how you interact with the information your financial firm sends you — such as statements, tax forms, notifications, and other account communications.
We’re interested in learning:
How you stay informed about your accounts
What makes financial communications clear, helpful, or frustrating
How you prefer to organize and store financial records over time
We’re seeking a wide range of perspectives and want to hear your honest thoughts. If you’ve ever had strong opinions about how financial companies communicate with their clients — whether positive or negative — we’d love to hear from you.
The researcher may follow up via message, email, or phone to confirm if you're a fit for the study. Be sure to answer!
