We're running a research study to understand what it's actually like to use your own vehicle for delivery work — how you load, navigate, park and hand off orders, what your vehicle does well on a typical shift, and where it gets in the way. We're especially curious how a future vehicle that could drive itself might fit alongside the way you already work: taking over the tedious parts, making long days easier, or simply changing what a delivery shift feels like.
