We’re looking for experienced IT System Administrators to take part in a 60-minute online research interview exploring how IT professionals set up, configure, and manage IT service management (ITSM) platforms.In this session, you’ll share how you currently manage workflows, integrations, permissions, incident management, and other ITSM configurations—and explore how AI could make these processes smarter, faster, and easier. As a thank you for your time you will receive a $200 incentive upon completeion.
