👋 Welcome, and thank you for taking part.
This is a relaxed, one-to-one video conversation that will take around 15 minutes. We’re interested in your own experiences and views — there are no right or wrong answers, so please speak as openly as you feel comfortable.
We’ll chat about how betting or gambling fits into your day-to-day life, your experiences of visiting local betting shops, and how those visits connect with your local high street and community. We may also ask what you think would change if your usual betting shop was no longer available.
Please join from a quiet, private place with your camera on and a stable internet connection. You do not need to prepare anything in advance; simply share your honest experiences.
