We're conducting a research study: Exploring how U.S. healthcare information security and cybersecurity professionals perceive the usefulness and feasibility of blockchain technology as a potential approach to mitigating data breaches within U.S. healthcare information systems. We want to hear your professional perspectives on blockchain adoption, implementation challenges, and organizational decision-making in healthcare settings. The study does not assume blockchain is the best or only solution; we want your honest, experienced perspective. What to expect: You will participate in a one-on-one interview via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The conversation will last approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Only audio will be recorded - video will not be retained. You will never be asked to disclose proprietary, confidential, or sensitive organizational information.
