We're conducting research on behalf of a company studying how organizations help people managers succeed in their day-to-day work — things like giving feedback, running effective 1:1s, coaching, performance conversations, and developing their teams. We're looking to speak with HR/Talent leaders and people managers at large organizations for a 45-minute video conversation about what's working, what's hard, and what kind of support actually helps. Compensation is $50 for a 45-minute session, conducted over video call.
