We are seeking HR, People, Employee Relations, Legal, and related professionals to participate in a research study about how managers prepare for difficult workplace conversations and how they might be better supported. We are especially interested in speaking with professionals with who have prior experience with workplace conversations, manager support, employee relations, or related organizational practices
You’ll participate in a 90-minute remote research session conducted in English. During the session, you’ll discuss your professional experience, try an AI-supported conversation rehearsal prototype, and share your feedback and perspectives.
Your responses will be used for research and prototype improvement, and research data will be anonymized.
