We're conducting research to better understand how teams approach Know Your Business (KYB) and business verification today, and how those workflows are evolving.
Who we're looking for: Professionals who regularly perform KYB verification activities as part of their role in compliance, risk, onboarding, or fraud prevention.
In this 45-minute remote session, we'll share an early-stage proof of concept and have an open conversation about how it fits (or doesn't fit) into your existing workflow. This is exploratory research, not a polished product demo—your honest reactions will directly inform how we think about the future of business verification tooling.
What to expect:

* A short conversation about your current workflow and priorities
* A guided walkthrough of an early-stage product concept, using either example businesses you provide or examples we bring
* Open discussion about what works, what doesn't, and what's missing
All we ask: Share your honest thoughts and reactions.
Optional: Provide 3 example businesses ahead of the session so we can tailor the demo. Otherwise, we'll bring our own examples. All we need is:
* Business legal name
* Business address
* (Optional) Officers or people
All sessions are confidential and not shared publicly. We'll use what we learn to improve our understanding and design better solutions for customers.
