We're doing research to understand how benefits practitioners like you experience the downstream effects of plan changes on employees. We want to hear about your actual renewal workflows — including how you identify which employees are impacted when a plan changes and how you decide what to do next.
The study will be a remotely-conducted, 1-on-1 interview using a screen sharing application.
We will ask you questions about your current process and have you walk us through a recent real example of a plan renewal or plan change from your own experience. There is nothing to review or evaluate — this is a conversation, not a product test.
You should have recent, hands-on experience managing benefit plan renewals in ADP Workforce Now, including direct responsibility for plan configuration, eligibility management, or carrier coordination.
If you qualify, you will receive a thank you of $50 digital card for your time and feedback.
