Overview: Our team is looking to learn how our Senior Living customers or Senior Living organizations are operating with service plans and service package creation. Some example questions include:
What data did you want the service plan to pull from? Progress notes? Tasks? All?
Where would you want service plan recommendations or info to live?
How should this look differ depending on your role?
What to expect? A one hour conversation with our team to learn what works best for you in your day to day. This will help us improve our product to help surface those signals that make the biggest difference for you.
No preparation is needed. We do expect you to have access to a desktop preferably.
Who?: We're looking for individuals who work in a Senior Living, Independent Living, or Assisted living resident care facility. An individual who works directly with the residents and typically performs ADLS and is notified with care changes.
