We’re looking for lending and risk professionals to take part in a short online tree testing study.
You’ll be shown a series of realistic workplace scenarios and asked where you would expect to find relevant information within a proposed website structure. The aim is to understand whether content and navigation are organised in a clear and intuitive way.
There are no right or wrong answers. We’re interested in your natural expectations and how you would look for information relating to areas such as consumer and business lending, affordability and eligibility, SME lending, underwriting, collections, and portfolio management.
Your feedback will help improve the usability and organisation of a future business website.
