Description

In our initial research, frontline pharmacy delivery technicians and floor nurses like you shared the real-world challenges of last-mile medication delivery—from the stress of tracking missing doses to the friction between central pharmacy dispatch and bedside administration.

Now, we are advancing to the next stage.
We are looking for a small group of expert inpatient pharmacy technicians and registered nurses to help us validate several future-state solution idea concepts.
This is not a product demo. This is a paid, 60-minute confidential discussion where you will be asked to review a series of illustrated storyboards depicting new and different ways that last-mile delivery, ADC restocking, and nursing administration workflows could function.

Your role will be to provide honest, unfiltered feedback on these concepts. You will tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what is simply unrealistic for a busy hospital environment.

Your direct, hands-on expertise is critical to ensuring that the concept that is potentially developed is grounded in the reality of the daily friction points a delivery technician or bedside nurse faces.

We are especially interested in the perspectives of pharmacy technicians with experience in cart delivery runs and ADC management, Pediatric and ICU/NICU nurses, ED/OR/PACU Nurses, Oncology/Infusion Nurses, and L&D Nurses who administer complex medications as well as Med-Surg nurses who manage frontline medication administration and missing dose resolution.

Charge Nurses/Floor Nursing Supervisors overseeing the clinical workflow of an entire unit, managing staffing, and acting as the escalation point for systemic issues or delays.

All participants from our initial interview phase are highly encouraged to join us for this next step.
