We're conducting a research study on how experienced professionals approach complex, hypothesis-driven work — how they gather information, make decisions under uncertainty, coordinate with other teams, and document their thinking.
We're looking for participants who:
Have at least 1–2 years of experience in a role that involves investigating complex technical problems as a primary responsibility
Regularly use multiple tools and data sources to reach a conclusion
Coordinate with people outside their immediate team as part of their work
What to expect:
A 60-minute video interview (Zoom)
A short screener to confirm fit (about 10 minutes)
An honest conversation about your day-to-day work, the tools you use, and what makes the job hard
No preparation required — we're interested in your real experience, not rehearsed answers
Confidentiality: Everything you share will be anonymized. We won't ask for confidential details about your organization or specific cases, and quotes will not be attributed by name.
If this sounds like a fit, please complete the short screener and we'll be in touch.
