Bindu (she/her) is passionate about people, their behavior, and the ecosystems in which they interact. As a Lead Service Designer, she builds connections, drives collaboration, and structures processes at Mendix.

Her experience moving from India to the Netherlands, from engineering to design, and working in multidisciplinary (and multicultural) teams deeply influenced Bindu’s worldview and shaped her approach towards collaboration.

Outside of work, Bindu enjoys painting, reading, and participating in the design community through speaking and mentoring.
