Emma (she/her) is a User Research Leader with over 20 years experience in commercial research roles. She’s been leading and managing UX teams for over 10 years, both client-side and agency-side. 

She is currently leading a team of mixed methods researchers at Meta, where she supports product teams building the future of Commerce (Shops) across the Meta family of apps. Previously, Emma was the Director of User Research at Babylon Health, as it grew from a London based healthcare company treating NHS and private patients in the U.K. to a global provider. Prior to Bablyon, she bridged the gap between Market and User Research at Monotype. 

Emma is a community spokesperson and former board member of the global ResearchOps Community.
