Toluwa (TOE-loo-wah) (she/her) is a writer, digital artist, Earl Grey drinker, and human-centered systems thinker currently spearheading the Research Enablement initiative at Momentive, where she is a Product Research Manager for the SurveyMonkey product.

Before joining Momentive, she worked at ecobee, where designed and conducted a wide range of research methods across hardware, firmware, and Machine Learning models. 

She thrives in multidisciplinary, collaborative environments where she can tackle systemic challenges through a combination of qualitative research, design skills, and strategic business knowledge (Toluwa holds an honors degree in Global Business and Digital Arts and a minor and Management Studies from the University of Waterloo). 

Above all, Toluwa is passionate about facilitating innovative and meaningful solutions to complex problems—including her own; she created the Every Good Work journal to help herself reflect on what matters in her work and to remain aligned with her values and purpose.
