Christelle (she/her) is a behavioral scientist, user researcher, and wellness advocate with 10+ years' experience in the analysis of human decision-making and behavior.

For her, being a wellness advocate means aligning people’s attention with their intentions to deliver empowering experiences rather than mere information. Over the course of her career, she became passionate about developing and integrating principles from mindfulness psychology into the design of digital interventions to facilitate people’s wellness and behavior change goals.

Currently, Christelle is the Principal Behavioral Scientist at Headspace Health, where she leads internal and external research. She is a mindfulness and meditation expert, has published and taught extensively on the topic, and is an editor of the Wiley Blackwell Handbook of Mindfulness.

In addition to her experience in applied mindfulness research, Christelle has a user research background from working with teams and organizations building B2C and B2B solutions within L&D, HealthTech and FitTech. She received her Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Harvard University (B.A. in psychology, Brown University).
