What's New
- We launched a new project workspace with more scannable research design summary, easier to find availability & scheduled sessions, and a new field for prep instructions for moderated research.
- We’ve updated collaboration flows to make it easier to invite and work with your team in User Interviews.
- Now, team and org admins can join any project with full editor access, so that they can better support their team.
- Newly added video screening allows you to review videos of participants answering a specific question prompt during the screening step.
- We've added 23 new Recruit panel characteristics including languages, pets owned, work setting, and more!
- We are making big updates to opt in forms to make them more flexible and powerful, including page separations & skip logic and easier to update participant information

- With observer session sign-up, your teammates can easily sign up to join sessions.
- With the upcoming Microsoft integration updates, we'll offer Outlook for automated scheduling and Microsoft Teams videoconferencing.
- Controlled Drip Invites will allow you to build a prioritized shortlist of participants and send drip invitations on a set cadence.
