Introducing Hub Premium & Enterprise Plans

Upgrading Hub subscription plans for 2023: Learn why we’re updating our subscriptions, what’s changing, and how it affects you.

We’re excited to announce updates to subscription plans for Research Hub, our top-rated panel management software. This is the first major change to Hub plans and pricing that we’ve made in two years.

What’s new with Hub subscriptions

What’s changing:

  • The legacy plan Hub Custom has been renamed Premium, and we’re launching a brand new plan called Enterprise
  • Enterprise plans include 1 million+ contacts, multiple teams & panels (✨new!), API access (✨new!), negotiable contract terms, plus all Premium features
  • Premium plans include unlimited branding & opt-in forms, sender profiles, invite rules & limits, and team roles (✨new!), plus all Essential features
  • Premium and Essential plans can choose between different contact limits, with transparent pricing for each
  • Essential plans are limited to 2 opt-in forms & 1 email theme, but retain all other branding & customization features
  • Free Forever plans retain all basic features, and gain access to data consent notices for sharing privacy information with participants

What’s NOT changing:

  • Free Forever is still free forever: automate research with up to 100 contacts at zero cost
  • Essential plans still start at $250 per month: Essential teams are minimally affected by this pricing change
  • All plans still include unlimited researcher seats and integrations with research tools
  • All paid plans still include support from our customer success & account management teams, and customizable add-ons like document signing & SSO/SAML

Why we’re updating pricing now

Since launching Hub subscriptions, we’ve onboarded hundreds of teams and supported a wide variety of panel needs. Just last year, we spoke to dozens of customers about what they needed from Hub, and have since reimagined the product with ever-expanding capabilities to make user research fast, compliant, and scalable for teams of all sizes.

In a nutshell, here’s why we’re revising our subscription tiers for 2023:

More options. We’re providing more options to reflect the diversity of teams using Hub today. There are now three paid plans available—Essential, Premium, and Enterprise—and teams can further customize the number of contacts they need for each plan.

Greater transparency. We’re creating greater transparency around pricing, so teams know upfront how premium features and higher contact limits will impact their subscription.

Advanced features. Hub has evolved the most for large organizations, fueled by close collaboration with customers like Atlassian, Bill.com, and Rocket Mortgage. We’re introducing Premium and Enterprise plans specifically for the teams that need to coordinate a high-volume of research across many researchers, stakeholders, and departments, while managing massive customer panels. Just in the last six months, we’ve added advanced features like multiple teams & panels, roles and permissions, a participant API, and project invite limits, all of which help large organizations scale research with confidence.

What this means for you

As an existing Hub customer, this plan update does not signal any change for you right now. Your UI account manager has already reached out to the owner of your team’s subscription to give them a heads up. Continue enjoying full access to the exact same Hub features you have now, at the same price.

At renewal, your UI account manager will walk you through any changes to your current features and contact limits, along with all your renewal options.

If you’re interested to learn more about Hub Enterprise, we’d love to give you a demo. Our team of research sales consultants will walk you through the platform, discuss your 2023 goals, and assess if this plan is a good fit. The Enterprise tier will enable customer-centric organizations to scale research in 2023 by building a pool of 1 million+ contacts, expanding to multiple teams & panels, and syncing user data securely from any system with our API.

Which plan is right for my team

Whether you’re a solo researcher, small team, or large enterprise, we meet you where you are with flexible plans that grow with you.
