In addition to giving and getting feedback on drafts, you can also invite collaborators to comment on projects once you've launched them.
This page covers:
These features are available on all projects, whether you're sourcing participants from User Interviews or bringing your own users.
To see comments on a project (your own, or a project you've been given view or edit access to), go anywhere in the project workspace and click Comments near the top right corner of the screen. A drawer will slide out from the right, containing the comment thread for the project. Each project has its own comment thread; comments left on any screen of the workspace will show up across the entire project
To share a project, click the gray Share button near the top right corner of the screen (next to the Comment button). Type the emails of the people you'd like to invite—make sure to give them edit access if you want them to be able to add comments. More about adding collaborators here.
Type your questions, answers, and comments into the chat box at the bottom of the comments section and hit enter to send. To exit the commenting tool, click the "x" in the top-right corner.
You can also edit comments with the pencil icon, or delete them with the trashcan icon.
Need feedback from a specific teammate? When you type the @ symbol in a comment, a list of existing team members will appear. Click someone's name to mention them in your comment.
Teammates you @mention will receive an email with the contents of your comment and a link to the project.
