In an effort to bring you the best participants, we request feedback on participants from every completed session. This feedback is never shared with the participant, but we do record it internally. Bad feedback will always be reviewed in case a profile needs to be flagged.
Every time you mark a participant's session as completed, we will ask you how it went. If a participant did not show for their session, be sure to mark them "Did not show".
You are also welcome to share feedback about a participant at any point with your PC. You can email them at projects@userinterviews.com.
The participant feedback will be recorded via a pop-up module. You'll have three quality options:
If you'd like to star a user, select "Yes" when prompted.
If you give a participant a "great" feedback rating, we'll record this on the participant's internal profile. They will be starred for future access for your account, and elevated in our list for future projects.
If you give a participant a "good" feedback rating, we'll record this on the participant's internal profile. They will be kept in our system for future access for your account, and elevated in our list for future projects.
If you give a participant a "poor" feedback rating, we'll be listening as we take poor feedback very seriously. We'll send you a follow up email asking you for more information. Please take a moment to provide this as we will record the details on the participant profile. We'll flag the participant, preventing them from being accepted into any future studies. They will not be taken out of this status without further review from our team.
Flagged participants will not be shown on the participants tab, even if they do apply to your study. We do not invite participants who are flagged to participate in studies, however if they do come across the study link and apply, we do not include them in your view.
No—participants who have participated in a study with anyone on your team before will show as unqualified, even if they otherwise qualified for your study. Your team can still approve them if you'd like to speak with them again!
