Sofia is the Founder of EnjoyHQ (acquired by UserZoom) EnjoyHQ, a ResearchOps platform used sed by teams at IBM, Intercom, Amazon, and GrubHub to centralize, organize, and share all their customer insights and user research data in one place.

She was born in Venezuela, lived for 15 years in the UK, and moved to the States in 2019.

Sofia is currently doing her Master’s in Neuroscience at King’s College London and—when she’s not working or studying—can often be found skateboarding somewhere around Los Angeles.
