How can we update the company name or domain on our account?

If your company name has changed, but the domain is the same, ask us to update your company profile.

If your company's domain has changed, we'll need to take a few more steps. Have a member of your team create an account with your new domain using an email address associated with it. This will create a new company profile in our system. Then, have your team log in to their account and update their email to match the new domain. Keep an eye out for a verification email to complete the step and associate your account with the updated company profile.
