There is no limit to the number of questions you can have on your screener. However, the longer a screener is, the less likely candidates will be to complete it.
We recommend keeping your screener survey to under 15 questions. Screeners with more than 15 questions tend to have lower application rates, as they're more time consuming for participants to apply to. To give your project the best chance of having plenty of qualified participants to choose from, keep your screener concise.
