How many questions can I / should I add to my screener survey?

The perks of keeping your screener short-er.

There is no limit to the number of questions you can have on your screener. However, the longer a screener is, the more unlikely candidates will complete it.

We recommend keeping your screener survey between 5-15 questions with 10 questions being the average. The maximum amount we recommend is 25 questions. We've seen that screeners longer than 25 questions lead to significant drop-off, limiting the size of your candidate pool.

If you'd like to learn more about candidates before approving them, consider adding advanced screening to your project. This add-on feature will give you access to candidate contact information, allowing you to send messages, emails, or schedule calls with potential participants.
