I launched my project. Now what?

If you just launched your project, you might be wondering... "what now?". There are a series of steps you can expect over the following days.

Meet our project coordinators

If you're new to our platform, you can expect an introductory email from our team of project coordinators (PC). Our PCs work behind-the-scenes to make sure your recruit is going smoothly.

Project review

Immediately after your project launches, our PCs will run it through our quality assurance (QA) process. We look for any inconsistencies or issues that may cause potential roadblocks. If there are no issues, we'll move forward with the recruitment process.

If we notice any potential issues, we will send you an email outlining them and possible fixes. Please be sure to keep an eye out for this email, and respond as quickly as you can. Occasionally, we'll need your help in order to move forward with the project.

In the event that we find your criteria or audience outside of our recruitment capabilities, it may get declined. We'll do our best to let you know if we do not feel we can get you a full recruit in advance. Review our tips on how to check feasibility with us before your recruit begins.

If there are no issues, you can sit back and wait for us to bring in qualified candidates.

Kick off recruitment

Once your project is ready for recruitment, our PCs begin notifying potential candidates of your study. We typically see the first qualified candidate come in within the first 12 hours - though often times this happens sooner!

Approve candidates

As soon as qualified candidates have been added to your dashboard, you'll begin receiving daily email reminders. The first will tell you that you have candidates ready for review. After that, we'll prompt you to review and approve candidates you want to add into your study. Approved candidates will receive an invitation to opt-in to your study or schedule a time on your calendar. No one is considered booked until they are confirmed on your schedule.

If there are any candidates you choose not to approve, you can mark them as "Not a fit" to move them out of your qualified pool. Check out our tips on approving participants here.

Schedule participants

The project calendar will stay up-to-date with all participants booked for your study. You can update your calendar at any point by clicking, "Manage Availability" in the Schedule section of your project.

If you need to contact someone to relay information about an upcoming session or to find the best time for both parties, you can use our Messages tool to keep your company identity private. We refer you to as the "Researcher" in all messages, which are sent out via text.

Contact us

If you have any questions throughout the process, email projects@userinterviews.com. Your email will be directed to our team of project coordinators to be answered as quickly as possible.
