The scheduling buffer is the minimum lead time you would like between a session and when a participant can book themselves for that session. The default buffer for all new researcher accounts set to four hours. However, you can change this buffer to better fit your needs. Keep in mind that all active projects will adopt your changes in real time.
To edit your scheduling buffer, log into your researcher account. Click your name in the top navigation menu. Then, click "Edit Account".
Once your profile details are open and editable, scroll down to "Scheduling buffer (hours)". Edit this number to represent the minimum amount of time that you need to close off scheduling before a session.
