How do I establish SSO for my team?

Single-Sign-On SAML is available for Hub Research subscription clients as an add-on feature. If you have SSO included in your subscription, the feature will be enabled on your team account and available for you in the My Teams tab. The configuration steps and information for IT teams establishing the SSO will be available on the configuration page.

If you believe your team should have access to SSO and do not see this option available, please contact success@userinterviews.com.

Notes:

Once you’ve enabled SSO you and the other researcher accounts associated with your team will only be able to log in via SSO. The team at User Interviews can disable your SSO settings if you need us to (at whichpoint you’ll be able to login with your old password or reset your password via our password reset flow.
