Can I contact participants after my study has ended?

The Messages tool will no longer be active when a study is closed. Please note that soliciting our audience for sales or marketing purposes is against our terms.

If you need to contact participants again, for example if you're distributing the incentive and need their email to send a digital gift card, you can access the contact information of your participants who have confirmed and completed a session with you. If you have Double Screening, you can access contact information for all past applicants. To download participant contact information, go to the "Participants" tab, click "Actions", then "Export data".

If you'd like to invite past participants back for your current or future study, use the Recruit Participants tool. Please note that recruit fees will apply to account for use of our scheduling tool.
