Michele (she/her) is a professionally trained designer and design strategist, with a rare depth and breadth of experience, encompassing roles in design, UX, research, marketing, and brand at both Fortune 500 companies and startups. She’s helped companies like Stripe, Facebook, Zillow, and Slack make better products, services, and more informed business decisions; in 2020, she was named one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices.
Her consulting and education firm, Curiosity Tank, specializes in human-centered research, design development, and hands-on learning programs. She feels most proud of her Ask Like A Pro workshop series and customized team training which allow her to help current and next-generation UXRs prepare, upskill, and thrive in our amazing industry around the world.
Previously, she was also an instructor, content creator, and workshop facilitator at General Assembly, UC Berkeley, California College of the Arts, and Academy of Art University.
Michele is absolutely thrilled to be doing what she loves most: designing and delivering highly hands-on learning experiences around the world, practicing what she preaches, and evangelizing her passion for all things related to user research!
