Insights are a set of AI-powered analysis tools that help you move from user interviews to research insights faster, all within the User Interviews platform. With session breakdowns, data grid, and AI chat mode, researchers can cut hours of manual review and focus on extracting insights - without sacrificing quality.

First, make sure AI features are enabled for your team.

• Complete your 1:1 moderated session with recording & transcription enabled
• Upload your discussion guide for the study to generate the session breakdown
• Review the session breakdown for instant themes and insights
• Use the data grid to compare participants alongside audience data
• Share out insights to your team instantly – a single click to copy text
• Chat with your transcript and get back cited answers with AI chat mode

All teams with AI functionality turned on will have access to these features. Admins can manage this AI features setting at the organizational level from the Advanced options page.

This is currently only available for 1:1 moderated sessions using the Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams integrations.

All AI-generated output in User Interviews is anchored in its source material. Every insight is cited and traceable back to its original source in the transcript for maximum transparency and easy review.
