FAQs

What are AI Insights in User Interviews?

Insights are a set of AI-powered analysis tools that help you move from interviews to insights faster. With auto session breakdowns, data grid, AI chat, and more, researchers can move faster while keeping rigor, transparency, and human judgment at the center of their workflow.

What is AI recruitment in User Interviews?

AI recruitment turns a simple natural language description of who you need for your study into ready-to-use targeting criteria and screener questions, cutting project setup time from hours to minutes.

  • Assisted audience targeting helps newer researchers quickly navigate our wide range of available targeting options, surfacing relevant or more niche criteria that may apply to the project. Experienced researchers can jump straight to reviewing and refining before launch.
  • With smart screener generation, the system analyzes your recruitment requirements, considers screener best practices, writes your screener questions and answers, and sets up the appropriate qualification rules.
Who can use these AI features in User Interviews?

All teams with AI functionality turned on will have access to these features. Admins can manage this AI features setting at the organizational level from the Advanced options page.

This is currently only available for 1:1 moderated sessions using the Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams integrations.

How does User Interviews ensure the AI generated insights are reliable?

All AI-generated output in User Interviews is anchored in its source material. Every insight is cited and traceable back to its original source in the transcript for maximum transparency and easy review.
