Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2, 2025
User Interviews is committed to providing an accessible experience for all of its users, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our benchmark. We are continuously working towards improving the accessibility of our site and services to provide an inclusive experience to all users.
Measures to support accessibility
User Interviews takes a number of measures to proactively identify and address accessibility issues, including:
- Automated testing: We leverage automated accessibility testing tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE. These tools scan our webpages and components, identifying potential accessibility violations and providing actionable insights for remediation.
- Manual testing: We conduct thorough manual testing to evaluate keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility. This involves navigating through our application using only a keyboard and using screen readers to interact with content and functionality. We also manually assess color contrast to ensure it meets WCAG guidelines.
- Documentation and training: We maintain comprehensive documentation of our accessibility processes and procedures. Additionally, we provide regular training to our team members on accessibility best practices, ensuring that accessibility is considered throughout the development lifecycle.
- Remediating identified issues: Acting on requests and feedback we receive related to any accessibility issues encountered while using our site and services.
