When setting up your recruitment criteria, you can now select from occupation groups like Software Developers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and more. When you choose a group, it automatically maps to the relevant job titles in our system—no need to select every variation.

We’ve also refreshed our full job title database so newer and emerging roles, like AI-focused professions, are now included.
