We’ve shipped two highly requested screener improvements to help you get higher-quality responses and reduce bias in participant selection.
Video screeners provide a much stronger trust signal than text alone, making it much harder for fraudulent or low-quality participants to slip through. Until now, video responses were optional—participants could qualify even if they skipped the video.

You can now mark video screeners as required.
Available to all Recruit teams with video screening access.
Avoid bias from fixed answer order by randomizing how options appear to participants. You can enable now randomize answers for:
When enabled, answer choices appear in a different order each time a participant opens the screener. For grid questions, rows are randomized while the column order remains fixed. “Other (open text)” options are always pinned at the bottom of the list.
