Exciting news: User Interviews now offers Live Chat! The process is simple, here’s how it works:

Login to your UI account
Click the chat widget within the project builder or project workspace
Enter your name and email address
Wait for a response from our team

You can expect a speedy response from us during our core business hours from Monday-Friday. Outside of these hours, you’ll receive an away prompt within the chat widge from us, and a section to enter in your request/question. We’ll follow up with you ASAP during business hours. Learn more about Live Chat and how it works—we’re excited to support you in your research process in this new way.
