Easier insight sharing with data grid export and clip downloads

We’ve launched two highly requested features, clip downloads and the ability to export the data grid, to help you pull insights out of User Interviews and into the analysis tools, presentations, and reports you rely on every day.

Data Grid Export (csv)

You can now export your data grid to CSV—complete with all automatically generated observations and citation links. This makes it easier than ever to continue analysis in spreadsheets or other tools your team prefers.

• One-click export: Download your entire data grid as a CSV file
• All AI-generated content included: Participant names, observations, and citation links are all exported.
• Ready for deeper analysis: Use in spreadsheets or import into any other tool your team uses.

Clip Downloads (mp4)

Researchers use clips to bring participant insights to life—but until now, they lived only within User Interviews. You can now download clips as MP4 files to use in decks, reports, or share with stakeholders directly.

• Download clips as MP4 files: Save video clips locally for easy sharing in presentations, reports, or Slack.
• Turn clips into proof points: Use participant quotes and reactions outside the platform to bring research to life.

💡 Make sure AI features are enabled: To use this feature, your team admin will need to turn on AI features from the advanced options page. Available to researchers with project editor access.
