Highlight, organize, and revisit your most important insights with Clips.

You can now save and share video snippets right from your recorded sessions. Create clips directly from the transcript or from any observation in the session breakdown or data grid—perfect for bookmarking quotes or highlights you don’t want to lose.

How to create a clip

• From the transcript: Highlight text and click “Clip” to instantly create a saved clip you can reference or share with your team.
• From observations: Turn any observation in the session breakdown or data grid into a clip by selecting a citation and clicking “Create clip.”

All your saved clips appear alongside transcripts and in the Clips tab within the Research Analysis area, giving you one central place to review across participants. Learn more in our support guide 👉

💡 Make sure AI features are enabled: To use this feature, your team admin will need to turn on AI features from the advanced options page.
