Justin (he/they) is a researcher whose work focuses on everyday technology in places like call centers, living rooms, neighborhoods, and data centers. He has worked with early stage startups, established companies, and community organizations to plant the seeds of collaborative research and innovation processes for imagining better futures.

His approach to research and strategy is shaped by experiences in innovation consulting, design strategy, building democratized research teams, and mutual aid projects.

Justin is currently based in Denver and is a Senior UX Researcher at HashiCorp. Previously, he helped build a  design research practice at Asurion in Nashville, where he was a co-organizer for the Nashville UX community.
