📊 Admins: Stay on top of research happening at your company with in-app team activity & spend reporting
Recruit + Hub
We believe all admins need full visibility into the research happening at their company, so we’re very excited to introduce our new Reports page in UI! With this release, admins now have access to activity and spend data in-app so they have the insights they need to make strategic decisions for their team.
The Reports page summarizes views of your team’s current spend and usage in two sections: “Sessions & spending” and “Team activity”. Check the summary stats for a quick pulse check day-to-day, or download a more detailed report of the data for a more thorough analysis. A quick overview of the details (or check out a more in depth summary):
Sessions & spending: This view gives insight into how sessions are being used across the team, the spend associated with it, and a monthly report on costs and sessions.
Team activity: This view gives insight into researcher activity across the team over time, showing the total number of active researchers, and a breakdown per month.
For a more detailed report, admins can download the data as a .csv file. At the top of the page, there is an option to download detailed data for completed projects for the last 3 completed calendar months (note this does not include partial months). This report will include:
Project metadata: project ID, title, owner, study type (ex: 1 on 1 interview), audience type (Hub vs. Recruit), data created, data closed, date of last session
Recruitment outcomes: # of requested participants, # of sessions completed, # of no-shows, etc.
Incentives data: project-level incentive offered, total incentives distributed by UI for the project
💡Note: On teams with roles, the Reports page is visible to Admins only. If your team does not have roles enabled, everyone will have access to this page—learn how to enable roles for your team. Or, check out your Reports Page in UI.
