Redesigned Branding & Templates page

Managing branding and templates across multiple teams just got a lot easier. We’ve redesigned Branding and Templates in Organization Settings to give organizations with multiple teams clearer defaults, better controls, and less set up friction.

What’s New

🎨 Branding Page

Set and manage branding defaults at the organization level

• Org-level logo management: Set a default logo for your entire organization (If you have a team logo set, it will always override the org logo)
• Email themes: Configure and manage email styling (customize themes, set defaults) at both the org and team level

📝 Templates Page

Standardize participant communications while still supporting team-specific needs

• Team-level confirmation pages and email templates: Set up application confirmation pages and email templates for individual teams
• Clearer filtering by study type: New filter pills make it easier to find the templates you need

🔐 Permissions: 

• Owner roles can edit branding and templates or set defaults for the org or any team
• Admin roles can edit branding and templates or set defaults for teams they belong to
